Message from the Managing Director 2012

Moving into our new office (just around the corner from the old one) has provided the opportunity to think about where we are heading and how we want to conduct our business. Earlier in the year we undertook some market research and our clients, in response, gave extremely positive feedback. It’s really humbling to receive comments like;

“An ability to explain technical aspects to non-technical people”, “A depth of knowledge of legislation and industry best practice”, “A willingness to engage if asked questions”, “Professional”, “High quality technical skills and level of service”.

However, we know that we are only as good as our last project, so we work diligently to ensure that, in every project, we achieve the best outcome for all of our clients.

In recent years Katetstone has expanded into the new areas of climate adaptation and sustainability. We have significantly grown our service areas of weather forecasting, development of online decision support systems and air quality with some very positive collaborations between our groups providing a unique perspective for your benefit.

As part of our ongoing business development we have involved the Katestone team in discussions about our company values. Words like family, independence, scientific rigor and innovation resonate with us and, importantly, are in line with what our clients thought about us too.

We have a fantastic team of enthusiastic scientists and engineers who work wonderfully well together. The manner in which we conduct our business, the culture of our company and relationship with our clients is very important to us. We listen to your challenges and make them our problems to solve, using the most appropriate and robust techniques for the best possible outcome for all parties involved.

Come and join the Katestone family and let us become part of your business intelligence.
